Ernest Warhurst is a trial lawyer who represents those wronged by insurance companies. He has always been fascinated by the law and how it can be used to help people. He started his career as a claims representative, handling thousands of all lines of claims. He then rose through the ranks to become a Claims Supervisor, responsible for hundreds of thousands of claims and millions of dollars in recoveries for policyholders.
He is a graduate of the law school who, in 1995, switched sides to begin representing policyholders. He relentlessly helps them navigate the claims process and the pursuit of getting more money in less time and hassle for their claims.
In 2018, Warhurst was named a Fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is an international alliance of more than 35,000 claims and litigation professionals from insurance companies, corporations, and law firms.
