Ernest Warhurst has always been fascinated by the law and how it can be used to help people. So, he decided to become a trial lawyer and represent those wronged by insurance companies. He started his career as a claims representative, handling thousands of all lines of claims. He then rose through the ranks to become a Claims Supervisor, responsible for hundreds of thousands of claims and millions of dollars.

Ernest is a graduate of law school who, in 1995, switched sides to begin representing policyholders. He relentlessly helps them navigate the claims process and the pursuit of getting more money in less time and hassle for their claims.

2018 Gene Warhurst CPU, AIC, CIC, SCLA, AIM, AIS, FCLS, FCLA was named a Fellow of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). The CLM is an international alliance of more than 35,000 claims and litigation professionals from insurance companies, corporations, and law firms.

Ernest Warhurst has been in the property casualty insurance industry for four years and has experience working with many different levels of staff, from individual claim reps to department supervisors. In her current position, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of claims management, including the handling of large loss claims.

Ernest has worked as an insurance claims adjuster for over ten years, earning no less than eight designations, including the prestigious CPU designation. The CPU is the most highly respected designation within the insurance industry, and it takes an average of 2-3 years to pass the 8-part exam.
